Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
I started my fitness journey after I had two children and was overweight, running on caffeine, and out of shape. I started taking classes, hired a personal trainer, and started eating cleaner. Turns out I LOVED group classes and decided I wanted to help others reach their fitness goals too.
What is your coaching philosophy?
Functional movements focusing on form, consistency, and then intensity. Moving your body helps your mental and physical health. MAKE IT FUN! I want to be the best hour of their day so they can’t help but come back.
What’s your favorite food?
Chips and salsa
What’s your favorite exercise/movement?
Burpees, thrusters, wallballs, devils press, manmakers, jumprope, box jump, KB swings, front squats, jerks and cleans…Just to name a few. I seriously love it all.

I own my own gym!! It’s been a dream and I am finally doing it!!
